Our sessions include a private 60 minute encounter with Santa for up to 3 children. Families will engage in an interactive and unique experience with Santa and create holiday memories that will last a lifetime! Our Professional Photographer will be onsite to capture the magic. Wall art and albums are available to purchase seperately.

We understand plans can change. Sessions are nonrefundable, but transferrable depending on availabilty with 72 Hour Prior Notification. However Please refer to our cancellation and rescheduling policy on our website for specific details.

Yes, you can purchase photo collections before or after your session. Our team will guide you through the ordering process.

As you can imagine this is an extremly busy time of year for our professional print lab. Physical products can take 2-4 weeks to process and deliver. Digital images purchased with the collection will be availabe within 14 days.

Our professional team is here to capture the magic. Outside photographers and cameras are not allowed inside the Experience. We do understand wanting to capture the experience on your personal devices. Our team will notify you when and where capturing a quick clip is allowed within the experience.

We take special care in providing a sanitary experience for your family. In addition our business is fully licensed and insured and all of our team members including Santa have cleared a background screen to work with children.

Each session can have up to 3 children. Families of 4 or more will require an additional hours and session fee to ensure the experience is memorable for all.

Absolutely! A Digital negative will be delivered in social sharing format for every product that is purchased during the ordering appointment.
